You will identify and manage sales cases, organise the sales project and get the contract signed, all in close co-operation with our partners. You will be able to handle complex sales projects, often taking 12-24 months. You will work as part of our sales team and be an important source of input for our future success.

The role includes selling application software products directly to corporate accounts throughout multiple verticals. Responsibilities include new business development, identifying and building relationships with key decision makers, as well as selling at enterprise level.

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled business developer, who has established themselves within the software sales or banking industry. Ideally, you will have a network of contacts over a number of industries. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with culturally diverse people at CEO level is essential.

The job scope:

  • A team player who can identify, structure, negotiate and close significant and complex deals worldwide
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with finance, legal, sales, marketing and development teams
  • Extended periods working on/with specific customer or partner projects, both in Oslo and abroad.
  • Assist the Sales Director

Ideal candidate profile:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Qualifications from a leading institution, including an BSc or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of, and exposure to, the banking or similar sector
  • Extremely partner-focused, proactive and effective within a team environment
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and consultative selling skills
  • Strong team player combined with entrepreneurial skills
  • Analytical and financial skills as well as creativity
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, over-delivering on commitments
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Able to travel as required
