Customer User Group

CBA’s customers provide "real-life" opportunities for learning from the experience of its members through an independent IBAS User Group (IUG). The group brings together activities of mutual interest, and uses the opportunity as a way to develop their IBAS skills and to share their sometimes hard-won knowledge. It also acts as a forum for exchanging and discussing practical banking issues. The international character of the IUG provides excellent opportunities to make valuable contacts within each functional area of international banking.

IBAS offers a straightforward solution for adding new countries. Through IBAS, the bank can offer a standard product-set across all international locations. We also aim to be self-sufficient, with 90 per cent of new country roll-outs to be handled by the bank itself.
