CBA, a global provider of banking IT solutions and services, today announced that it has signed a Partner Agreement with Bolero. The purpose of the co-operation is to develop the interfaces between IBAS GTF - Global Trade Finance Factory and Bolero, with Fortis Bank (Netherlands) to be the first taker. Phase 1 is for Documentary Credits and will be delivered in June 2010.  Phase 2 covers Guarantees and Phase 3 covers Documentary Collections.

OCBC Bank, one of the largest financial institutions in Asia, has signed a significant contract with Oslo-based Commercial Banking Applications AS (CBA) and its partner for Asia/Pacific, BCS Information System Pte Ltd (BCSIS), for the delivery of IBAS GPF – Global Payments Factory to the banking group.  The contract covers the full range of payments products.  The Norwegian supplier’s IBAS system will be used to run OCBC’s payment systems in Singapore and Malaysia.

Singapore – BCS Information Systems Private Limited (BCSIS) and Commercial Banking Applications AS (CBA) announced their collaboration agreement to bring the Norwegian software vendor’s banking solutions to the Asia/Pacific market.  As part of this agreement, the two companies have agreed to cooperate in the marketing and selling of CBA’s IBAS banking solutions to customers in the Asia/Pacific region.
