Through IBAS ELF, electronic files can be linked to relevant business transactions according to pre-set user-defined rules, allowing for processing, management and routing through the automated workflow process. The new system provides the user with features such as searching, processing, quality checking, verificatin and authorisation of the documents linked to each transaction. This eliminates error prone and redundant back-office activities like manual paper movement, repetition of chekcs, reviews and more system inputs.
IBAS ELF is also accessible via an easy-to-use Web browser interface that enables easy rollout of the System across a bank's organisation. It is helping customer banks achieve greater efficiency, visibility and transparency across the global organisation.
